A New PSP! ![]() We have been hearing rumors for a while now about a new PSP, the internet has been littered with different ideas and concepts. One of the most recent and seemingly more legit PSP GO! This PSP will subsidy feature a sliding LCD display screen, and it will be saying good bye to the UMD drive. A few other rumors have surfaced some less believable than the others, the PSP 4000 with more updates, or maybe even a PSP 2 with duel analog sticks and PS2 graphics! We can only speculate. As someone who has not yet got a PSP I just hope it is something awesome! 99% chance. It has been a while since the last update, and with Patapon 2 testing the water with the Download only game, I feel this is sony setting up for the next PSP The PS3 Price Cut!
![]()
Ok I will say it, the PS3 is too expensive, yes we are in the middle of a world wide recession but you don't need me to tell you that. A price cut would be good for some, but bad for others. The players will get a chance to play Sony's installment to this console generation, and at the same time the developers of games for the PS3 will be more tempted to give more exclusive content to the system due to the sales increasing as the PS3 becomes much more affordable. But of course, for sony although it does get their system out there, and gets more people playing their content, they will no doubt lose money on every system, and lets not forget, the PS3 is still very early in its life span, the PS3 can easily wait till Christmas until the price drops, but you have to feel, if sony are to announce a price drop it may be best for them to announce the price drop and it take effect as of then. 60% chance. As I said, the positives do outweigh the negatives, but sony are a business after all, and I am sure they do not want to give their system away. More PS3 Games And Release Dates

This is an obvious one, sony will no doubt announce news games, most likely Team ICOs new games, a new game from Twisted Metal and God of War creator David Jaffe, and even some old Playstation favorites making their return to the system. On the flip side of that I think we will hear a lot more, and see a lot more of some all ready announce games for the system, the likes of God Of War III, GT 5, Heavy Raid, M.A.G and more! Maybe just maybe we will hear some really big news, their has been whispers of news from Fable and Black & White developer Lionhead Studios and Unreal Tournament and Gears of War creators EPIC, and we may finally see a LEFT 4 DEAD PS3. Playstation Video Store Coming To The UK At Last.

For our American readers this is something you have had for a while now, so you can skip this and feel smug. But, for those of you who do not have the video store yet, this could hopefully be the year that SCEE delivers on an announcement that we heard about a long time ago, but have been in the dark about ever since. And if we do not get the video store, you can always make a forum post and complain until the sony overlords give it too us! 50% Chance. This could be one of those announcements, we have heard nothing about it for so long, a lot of players may have forgotten, but if we do get it happy days. Other Predictions

We could see many many more updates to Home, the XI event is really starting to hot up, and there is some awesome game spaces. Possible Final Fantasy XIII demo hitting PSN store, after sony lost the exclusive on one of the FFXII games (Versus is a PS3 game) this would be a great way for sony to drum up a lot of support, on the flip side, if Microsoft announce the same thing, it could be catastrophic. Finally I think we will hear more about the Killzone 2 DLC, and more details in DLC and updates to other PS3 games. Oh and maybe just maybe a PS3 slim?
