If you haven't played Team Fortress 2 on the PC yet, then be sure to get on Steam today, and pre-load it for the free weekend promotion to celebrate the release of the Spy Vs. Sniper Update. I played one of these free weekends about a year ago, and when it was over I instantly bought the game, because it was so good I just had to play more of it. You can't go wrong for only $20, because you get a game that is constantly being reinvented every couple of months, and best of all the updates are all free.

The Spy Vs. Sniper Update, which was originally just going to be the Sniper Update will go live later today. It will have 34 new achievements for the Spy, and 35 new achievements for the Sniper. New weapons such as the Cloak & Dagger, the Dead Ringer, and the Ambassador are for the Spy. The Huntsman, the Razorback, and the Jarate are for the Sniper. Plus there's also two new arena maps in Sawmill and Nucleus, so this update is packed with new content. Be sure to start pre-loading the game now on Steam, to get ahead of the rush of people that will undoubtedly come later today.
