E3'09 is right around the corner, and it is time for the famous predictions! Every time around E3 fanboys get their hypes ups expecting something unusual that will rock their socks off and this E3 is no different. With the old E3 back things are about to get crazy this year. Rumors are spreading that Nintendo has a couple of new games up their sleeves and with the announcement of Gladiator from High Software Voltage it seems that this E3 is going to be full of great announcements. So you might be asking yourself, What are TWG's expectations from Nintendo's E3'09 Press Conference? Hit the jump and let your imagination do the work.

No More Heroes : Desperate Struggle : Viva la Travis!

Last year, Suda released a teaser for a sequel to No More Heroes out of nowhere. It was a pleasant surprise for anyone who loved the first game and for these people, 2010 must be marked as the year of Touchdown! Last year's trailer didn't show much but we at least got a glimpse of pop culture references and over the top bosses : a girl with six bionic arms each holding a beam-sword?

This time, a new trailer showing how the development  is going, some more information about the story and maybe how he plans to workout the problems with the overworld would be pretty cool. Why not a short playable demo where we can try the combat system and the killer finishing moves while the soundtrack is busting your brain?

 New Zelda Announcement

This is something I know we all want from E3. It’s been a few years since Twilight princess, and that is plenty of time for a Zelda to be created. One of the most intriguing things is what Shigeru Miyamoto said after Twilight Princess was released. It was along the lines of saying that the next Zelda game would be very different from the norm, and I’m wondering how different it will be in the end. First person? Wii motion plus? I don’t know what it may be, but all I know is that I hope that Nintendo will release something on the game at E3

Sequel To One Of The Best Wii Games

(I really hope they don’t run with the bee suit idea though, bring back the raccoon suit)

In case you guys didn’t guess it, I’m talking about Mario Galaxy, which was an amazing game that really owes its basic plot to Jason X, which put their star in space as well. Seriously, Galaxy was great it added many new game play elements to the Mario formula, but there is so much more to be explore. Here is hoping that they take the gameplay elements from Mario Galaxy and run a mile with it.

Finish That Damn Kid Icarus Game

(Man Icarus anyone?)

We all know at one point the game was being made by Factor 5; however, rumours of this game has been around since the time Nintendo announced the revolution. However, with the fall of Factor 5 or at least the closure of a studio art and concepts have leaked, and the title is now on been shelved. The game was a good combination of Zelda and Metroid, and a game that really needs a rebirth somewhere down the line. I hope that Nintendo funds this hardcore game and bring it on the wii.
